Situated on the Gosford Waterfront, fish dining by Cameron and Hayley Cansdell offers a modern seafood menu with a strong focus on sustainability.

The menu is designed to be iconic and fun, dishes which exhibit nostalgic memories from travels local and afar. Featuring a three course a la carte menu for the more formal occasions with variety of snacks for a quick bite.

Dinner in the restaurant Tuesday – Thursday from 5pm to late, with dining for lunch & dinner, Friday & Saturday from 12noon until Late.

At fish.dining we have sourced some of the best seafood Australia has to offer. working closely with our fish mongers we aim to provide all seafood certified by the Marine Stewardship Council as well as using some of the best farmed fish and shellfish this country has to offer.
Our menu is based on our sub tropical climate with a collaborative selection of dishes we have found to best exhibit the beautiful produce.
